All artworks are shipped from Estonia.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

The Baltic countries 8-9 working days
Finland 8-10 working days
Sweden 9-11 working days
Denmark 11-13 working days
The rest of European Union: 10-14 working days

Shipment is available via parcel machine or courier. All orders will be posted to your nearest pickup point via DPD.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Shipping to countries outside of the European Union is currently not available, but exceptions can be made where possible. Please enquire by sending an email to: hello@marissiimer.com

With the exception of original and commissioned artworks, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will be issued once I have inspected the item and confirmed that it is undamaged and in its original condition.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged and the artwork inside has been affected, you must notify me within 24 hours of receipt. To process your claim, please provide clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork, and send them to hello@marissiimer.com.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
